The purpose is to obtain the ideal mechanical properties of the casting and reduce the manufacturing cost of the original forged control arm. . The gating system and the die structure were designed through process analysis. The low-pressure casting simulation study of the control arm was carried out, and the low-pressure casting process parameters were explored.
